Leading environmental services provider, Midway Environmental Services, expands it services with the introduction of an innovative Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste disposal facility and liquid transportation services for businesses in Oklahoma.

Midway Environmental Services, Inc. is one of the leading environmental service providers in Oklahoma. Over the years, the company has helped Oklahoma remain clean and hygienic, offering a wide range of liquid waste disposal services for Commercial/Industrial businesses. Midway has gone a step further by expanding its services with the addition of Railcar services for the Class I Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste injection disposal facility in Chandler, OK.

Liquid waste management has always been a big challenge anywhere across the globe. Cities with a relatively large population and industrial diversity such as Oklahoma have found it even more difficult to manage liquid waste in a low cost, low-risk manner. Consequently, Midway Environmental Services has provided effective along with a low-risk solution to the problem of handling non-hazardous liquid wastes.

The company owns and operates a world-class model commercial class I non-hazardous injection, which is located in Chandler, Oklahoma. It also operates a class II Injection, located in Stroud, Oklahoma. The expansion of services to add Rail car receiving capability for Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste disposal and Industrial/Commercial Liquid waste transportation services has further reiterated the company’s mission of improving the economics of environmental quality of Oklahoma. Mid-Way is establishing a partnership with area businesses, working together to create a clean and safe place to live and work for future generations.

The Class I injection well is a secure, low-risk, low-cost state of the art facility that accepts bulk truck tankers, rail car tankers, totes and drummed waste. Permitted by ODEQ and the EPA, the well is capable of handling commercial/industrial non-hazardous liquid wastes with high solids. The well handles non-hazard liquid wastes such as oily waters, caustic wastewaters, and acidic waters and much more.

The Class II injection well is the other modern waste facility owned and managed by Midway Environmental Services. Permitted and referred to as a “model facility” by OCC, the well accepts Exploration and Production wastes (E&P) bulk waste and has oil separation and recycling drip condensate recycling system.

Midway Environmental Services is changing the way liquid waste is managed in Oklahoma with state of the art equipment and techniques. The effects of the changes will not only be felt in Oklahoma but across the United States, creating a cleaner and healthier environment. The EPA says this method of disposal is safer than virtually all other waste disposal practices (EPA 570/9-91-031)
